The best part about being an Online Community Manager is receiving positive feedback. For this initiative we took a sample of some of our five-star Google reviews and turned them into content as slides for the websites' primary slideshow and as part of an in-store slideshow display system we've installed at checkout. This is the kind of user generated content to be proud of. After getting thousands of reviews over time, the ratings have resulted in a 4.5 star minimum rating per location.
