Working as a Community Manager for PlayStation's 1st party dev team allowed me to wear different hats. This job entailed skills like: photography, graphic design, community outreach, customer relationship management, live stream broadcasts, videography, brand ambassador for national trade shows, forum moderation, social media management, studio tours, but most importantly connecting the online community with the dev team.
